Warranty coverage is subject to correct installation, intended indoor use, suitable subfloor conditions and appropriate cleaning and maintenance.
Normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage caused by dragging equipment, sharp objects, chemicals, incorrect installation, excessive moisture, misuse or other external damage is not covered.

95% Recycled SBR Rubber + 5% EPDM
TUFF Fit Gym Flooring is manufactured using 95% recycled SBR rubber combined with 5% EPDM, creating a dense and resilient flooring solution suitable for regular fitness use.
The EPDM fleck design also provides a premium visual appearance, allowing commercial gyms, studios and home fitness spaces to move beyond conventional plain-black flooring.
Shock Absorption & Floor Protection
The dense rubber construction helps absorb training impact and reduce vibration, creating a protective layer between fitness equipment and the structural floor.

The 10mm and 15mm TUFF Fit Rubber Gym Flooring Tiles feature integrated puzzle-style interlocking edges.
The precision-shaped edges connect adjacent tiles directly together, helping create a more continuous and stable flooring installation.

Important: The 10mm and 15mm tiles use their own integrated interlocking system and therefore do not use the separate plastic connector system designed for compatible thicker tiles.
Thicker 20mm–50mm Flooring Options
The 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm options are intended for progressively more demanding gym applications where additional flooring depth and impact protection are required.
Applicable thicker tile versions may use a separate connector system where the underside of the tile contains the required connector slots/holes.
Connector compatibility should therefore be specified according to the final TUFF Fit production mould rather than assumed solely from tile thickness.
Ventilation & Moisture Management
Applicable thicker tile designs can incorporate ventilation grooves underneath the tile, encouraging airflow beneath the flooring and helping manage trapped moisture.
The referenced flooring design specifically identifies ventilation grooves on its 20mm and 30mm versions.
For TUFF Fit 25mm, 40mm and 50mm tiles, ventilation-groove construction should be confirmed against the final factory specification before this feature is advertised for those variants.
