Product Description

The dense rubber composition helps absorb impact and reduce vibration, providing additional protection beneath dumbbells, benches, racks, strength machines, cardio equipment and functional training areas.

A finely textured rubber-granule surface provides excellent traction for a stable training environment while helping minimise dirt retention for easier routine maintenance.

The 10mm and 15mm tiles feature integrated puzzle-style interlocking edges, allowing adjoining tiles to connect directly without separate plastic connectors. This makes them particularly practical for home gyms, cardio areas and general fitness installations.

The 20mm–50mm range provides progressively thicker flooring options for strength, free-weight and higher-impact environments. Separate connector compatibility on these thicker versions depends on the underside mould and connector slots of the specific production model.

Applicable thicker tiles may also feature underside ventilation grooves, designed to encourage airflow and help manage moisture beneath the flooring. Ventilation and connector specifications should be confirmed for each production thickness.

Flooring thickness should always be selected according to equipment weight, expected impact, training style and the construction of the underlying floor.

Coloured EPDM flecks provide a premium visual finish and allow customers to coordinate their gym flooring with equipment, interiors and facility branding. Due to the characteristics of rubber flooring, minor variations in fleck size, distribution and shade may occur between individual tiles and production batches.

Important – Colour Fleck & Natural Colour Variation Notice

Rubber and EPDM materials may naturally experience visual colour changes as they age. White, grey and other light-coloured flecks can show these changes more noticeably and may gradually fade or develop an off-white, cream or slightly yellowish tone over time.

The degree and speed of colour change can vary according to the material, production batch, age and environmental conditions. Direct sunlight/UV exposure, heat, humidity, cleaning products, chemicals and general usage conditions may influence the appearance of coloured flecks.

For this reason, the original brightness or exact shade of white, grey and other light-coloured flecks should not be expected to remain completely unchanged throughout the lifetime of the flooring.

Minor shade variation, gradual fading and natural cosmetic ageing of coloured flecks do not, by themselves, indicate a structural or performance defect.

For best appearance, use suitable rubber-floor cleaning products and avoid bleach, solvents and aggressive chemical cleaners.
