The TUFF Fit Olympic Deadlift Hex Bar 20KG places the user inside the frame rather than behind a straight barbell, helping create a more balanced lifting position for deadlifts, shrugs, farmer-style carries and strength exercises.

Its raised neutral-grip handles allow users to start the lift from a higher position while maintaining a comfortable hand orientation. This can reduce the mobility demands of the starting position and make the bar especially useful for general strength training, athletic conditioning and progressive deadlift development.

Built from solid steel with Olympic-size sleeves, this compact hex bar is suitable for serious home gyms, personal training studios and commercial gym environments in Sri Lanka.

Product Description

The TUFF Fit Olympic Deadlift Hex Bar features a closed hexagonal frame that allows the lifter to stand centrally inside the bar. This creates a neutral loading position that is well suited to deadlifts, shrugs and loaded carries.

Raised handles with medium knurling provide secure grip and increased ground clearance, while the 28mm handle diameter offers comfortable control during heavy sets. The reference design provides approximately 6 inches of ground clearance and supports up to 500LB.

The 24cm Olympic sleeves accept standard 50mm Olympic weight plates and collars, while the compact 56-inch overall length makes the bar easier to use and store than many full-size specialty bars.
